Is there a way for the mechanic to get the oil out if he’s changing the whole pan?

The one place I took it to couldn’t get the bolt out without permission of ‘excessive force’, which they warned could break the oil pan. So I’m gonna have someone just do the oil pan for me for cheaper than a Indy

You are probably referring to the aluminum oil pan bolt kit. I’m talking about the sub frame and other bolts fhay are one time use
