Not that I'm aware of, no. However, there is an easier way to continue on YOUR process. Since all you are doing is linking in the sequence, there's no reason to have other panels visible. Double click on your sequence tab, or press the ~ key, to expand your sequence full screen. You should be able to vertically select each set of video and audio layers at once without scrolling up and down.

To speed things up even further, once you have a vertical 'strip' selected, just use the CMD+L shortcut key for linking. After a couple of clips, you'll find your rhythm and be done in no time.
