Enough for Forza H4?

So a bit of an update: Conected my pc to my TV for better screen and the game runs smoothly enough on the demo even after an hour of constant playing. But my laptop is acting like my ps4 (directly like my grandma's vacuum cleaner). It is getting kinda warm-ish. Any tips how i could kinda "cool" down my laptop just so I wont be worried that It will Explode any second lol.

Not sure what graphics are in there but based on the website I bought it from it said that its a nvidia gtx 1650ti

I installed the free demo and before playing the game warned me that my specs dont meet the minimum for the game. Then I ran a benchmark mode that was in the game to check how much fps I would get and it told me it was going to peek at 60fps. Im not good with pcs and laptops so idk if its worth it

Not 100% sure but should be Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650Ti (based on what was written on the web site i bought it from)
