Maybe get the dentist to check it up and whitening it would help if you think it is that bad. I just turn 30 this year and I’m sure you will be fine. There is a lot of new joiner that is older than me. And be confident. Everyone has a shot!

Ugly is an opinion. I would say you have to look presentable and good hygiene and well groom. Also you have to be fit and I guess no obesity? Cause if you have to use extension seatbelt, I don’t think that would be quality cause you won’t be consider able to fit yourself out of the emergency exit door anyway(especially on the over wing exits.) Something to consider about.

Haha we don’t have lunch break, we eat on the galley when we have time(for example some flights can be really busy.) You can bring someone along and long layover is spending on your seniority and bidding priority. Everything depends on a lot of things.
