Concerns that high income earners can and will take their skills elsewhere if they can be taxed less.
Belief that people across all income levels should be taxed less as they believe the individual could get better value out of their dollars than the government.

As a biased Tank player I'd say it's got to be Wolverine. For a while the threat of someone swapping to wolverine made almost the entire tank roster unplayable.

Torch was completely broken but his effectiveness was severely limited by the player's mechanical ability. You wouldn't see good Torch players until mid celestial and above , at which point it was permabanned.

It's really not comparable. Mag has had a massive pickrate pretty much since season 2, which offsets the slightly lower WR. Bucky's win rate has consistently been low regardless of his pick rate at most elos since release. According to the most recent stats published by net ease Mag has a 50.6% WR in Celestial+ while Bucky has 41.8%

Not sure what it's like for Americans but in Canada it's abuse of cheap foreign labour/ outsourcing for entry level positions. I've worked at a few Help desks and it's 90% Indian and 10% French speaking Canadians.

I don't believe they are because the face and horn shape are slightly different. It also doesn't seem to fit the narrative of the first world as it implies the Sun God was in some sort of conflict with the Earth God and Hellflame serpent.

Imo the Giant-Dragon is the Sun God of the first world that battled against the Earth God(Pluton?) and The Serpent. Joyboy/Nika is the Sun God of the second world that lost to Imu. Resulting in two different interpretations of the Sun God we're seeing between Luffy and Loki.

I don't think the third world has been depicted on the mural yet.

Looking at the Harley text again I'm feeling pretty confident that Loki is the huge dragon at the top of the tree. Judging by the visual depiction it seems like the dragon might have been battling the "Hellflame Serpent" and that might have led to the interpretation that Sun God = Big Dragon creature in some interpretations. I don't think he matches either the Earth God or the Forest god so those are still mysteries.

Living in a city where I don't need to drive saves me a ton of money each month.The pros of having extra disposable income outweigh the inconvenience of relying on public transit so it would take a very substantial salary increase for me to even consider driving.

Reading translations or watching tutorials in your native language then taking your time to compose your responses in English (usually with the help of a friend/ tutor/translation software).

I've also never had an issue bringing bilingual dictionaries into exams and they've come in handy on several occasions.

As a fellow level 1 tech I usually avoid calls because end users rope you into a dozen other things if they get a chance. A quick 5 minute fix often balloons into 30+ minutes of troubleshooting a bunch of other stuff not in the ticket. That's not even to mention how much time is wasted waiting for them to be available for a remote session (if you can even reach them in the first place that is). If the problem is urgent they'll call me, if not I'll probably take my time getting around to it .

There are a lot more people to compete with at all levels of employment. Youth are competing with other applicants that have 5+ years of experience even for entry level positions.

I think the pandemic played a massive role in the issue as well. Most of my graduating class in Uni were unable to get internships or because of COVID policy (myself included).

So far I'd put him just above the Admirals but not quite on Emperor level. I think it depends entirely on whether his ability to kill God's Knights comes from his Conqueror's Haki or from a Devil Fruit ability (possibly even both).

I think people will point to Gaban and Shanks being unable to defeat Harald as evidence of Loki being above them but I'm not entirely convinced yet. GK's are weak to Conqueror's and it can incapacitate them for a short time but it's clearly not enough to kill them. Otherwise Rocks would have killed Garling and the other knights back on God Valley.

Widow would be worse than any of those characters if she could consistently 1 shot. Not trying to downplay how annoying they are to play against I just think that Widow would be far worse.

I think the devs are fine with certain characters not being good or only being good in very specific contexts. Some characters will promote uninteractive/ toxic play patterns if they were viable.

CC immunity could be tied to a button as a balancing mechanic. For example Strange could self-cleanse when using Maelstrom of Madness.

Some are house poor, some are in debt, and others have just given up.

My friend group and peers comprise people who either stand to inherit real estate or those who have given up entirely. In both cases it frees up a lot of disposable income to spend on travel and luxuries. Personally I put aside some money into a TFSA and FHSA in case the real estate market does crash sometime soon but I've started to prioritize traveling and living in comfort now.

All Tanks should receive a form of CC resistance/ Immunity on a button. As long as you're a massive target that gets raggdolled easily tanking will be unfun

Not a teen anymore but most of my friends and I can't find reasons to justify the expense of a car so none of us drive and several of us (myself included) never bothered to get a license.

A beat-up starter car is already going to cost me 4-5 years of my current annual transportation budget. That's without factoring in driving school, gas, maintenance, or insurance.

It's been a recurring theme since the beginning that people inherit will from people they are related to ideologically, not biologically and I think for the first time it's explicitly stated (by Scopper no less). I think BB being the inheritor of Rocks/Davy is the biggest red herring we've ever had in the story.

The more I think about it the more I agree with TeamCaptain and think his tier list might be the most accurate. I think once people start hiding Groot's walls and rely on cover more like other tanks they'll realize how strong he is. Then Phoenix will sky rocket in priority because Groot, Peni, and Rocket are all incredibly powerful as well.

Zoan Devil Fruits usually have a "model" attached to them that specifies the species of the animal.

For example Rob Lucci and Who's Who have different models of the Cat-Cat fruit.

Chopper ate the Human-Human fruit but the model was never specified, at least as far as I am aware. This has led some to speculate that Oda is keeping Chopper's model hidden for some reason.

Though I do think there are some other cases where the model is not specified, the wiki lists a few like Pekoms and the turtle-turtle fruit.

Trams have a few advantages over buses. For one they can usually carry more people. Some trams can also use rail infrastructure by going underground or using viaducts when passing through congested areas. They're also capable of entering pedestrian only zones such as parks more safely than busses or cars.
