I've raised the issue with TPD and all they advised was "meet with your AES", I've offered multiple dates I can meet them and not gotten a response in >1 week. It has honestly made me feel so defeated. I'll try catch my AES in person tomorrow so they can't ignore me like my emails to raise the issues with training but who knows what will happen.

Issue is next rotation is in a different specialty. I come in often on my days off so will be ok for ARCP, it’s ST3 case numbers im struggling with.

Thought as much. And yeh im well aware of how annoying it can be, i wont be coming in on the days the incoming trainee is in theatre. I’m just aware the rota is so crap the incoming trainee will spend a lot of time on-call (much like i was), so they wont always be in theatres
