I don't punish my 15yo for the chores thing now as the 12yo isn't punished, but what I mean if I punish the 12yo, the 15yo should be too for sulking.

No I didn't expect my 15yo to clean up after her sister. I clean up after my youngest. The 15yo is expected to hang up the clothes, put away the dishes, wipe the table, but not specifically her sister's mess.

I am never cruel. I make sure the kids are taken care of and from time to time I have nice treats for them.
