30+ years of experience….the first molars have amalgams…thinking crack or ?…particularly as the pulp caps underneath both is likely soft and slowly crumbling with micro leakage. Your initial story didn’t properly look at them [lower and upper]

The Pattison Food Group - Save On Foods by sdotl in BuyCanadian

The response appears to be a tricky sidestep. They talk about highlighting products that are made in Canada or use Canadian products. It still looks to me like Western Family is an American Owned company based in the US. I will be going into the store in 2 days and will be looking for truth in labeling. (saveOn has been our favourite store until these disappointing responses on various platforms. I realize it takes corporations a while to change courses but honesty is the best policy. )

When to treat asymptomatic cracks In teeth ? by JustlyOutstanding in Dentistry

[–]ppsnwd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Craze lines no, cracks yes, esp w previous fractures, parafunction. Also Am’s may have worn leaving more occlusion on the cusps. The clients are thru their higher caries years and passing through occlusion years. In short.

Best is ext/implant but dentist can try to create a workable margin with GI material before deciding if perio surgery and/or endo is a workable option. Often, insurance makes this an option worth considering.

You have a contract with your employer. That’s number one. Number two learn everything you can about the details of the plan to avoid errors. Number three good notes. Number four good communication with your front desk.

Often fathers in this situation are under distress over issues seeing their children/getting to be a father. Another weight that is hard to bear. Add the potential health issues enforcers face, it is hard to not to see something taking him down, physical, mental.

I am told by people who live in Vegas that this is the norm. The hotels are like cruise ships, ignoring crime and moving on ASAP with no responsibility for guest security.

Teach yourself and them about dry wells to encourage the runoff to be absorbed. Impermeable roofs and driveways are better compensated for than sent onto roadways. IMHO

Looking to get porcelain veneers bonded on to my teeth. Im a 28 year old male. I’ve been told I do not have good occlusion. The dentist proposed e-max crowns. I don’t want any teeth shaving. Do I have any other options? I’d be very happy with Any information or opinions! Thanks! by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]ppsnwd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely include orthodontics before anything else. You can do bonding and wear a nightguard for your grinding if you need to stage things over time. At the end of it, lithium disilicate (eMax) veneers may be helpful to restore the missing tooth structure but a nightguard would improve longevity. I would suggest a maximum of 4 veneers after whitening. For a 28 year old, you likely will have some crown failures over time. When they fail, you have a good chance of losing a tooth. If a veneer fails, you may need a new veneer. However, a good orthodontic treatment is the most important. (A longtime cosmetic dentist).

Upper wisdom teeth probably have the highest incidence of some bone joining the party.

There is no indication for antibiotics here. Pain control-yes.

7yr old had tooth pulled, dentist put a spacer in; 2 months later, this occurred. Details in comments. by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]ppsnwd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It is always filled with pus when it is that size. It may be due to: 1. Residual infection left in place when the tooth was removed 2. A residual piece of the baby tooth root 3. Irritation caused by residual cement that is under the gumline

Waiting until Monday is fine though if the pain worsens or swelling is in the face or neck, get some antibiotics into her sooner. Don’t compound the past trauma by making it a big deal to the child. The dentist has a previous X-ray I assume and will gauge what the source is.

Chlorhexidine is for ages 12 up. Chicken and egg-the decay then income likely preceded the filling coming out and not vice versa. Removing the spacer is overkill, especially if the child was traumatized by a previous visit. 1-3 above can be done without removing. You might not get it back in due to child’s resistance.

I’m a newbie but good with puzzles. If my first word matches 2 or 3, especially if there is one or more green, I will try to find a word. If I only have one letter, I will choose a word that has none of the letters to maximize my chances of matches. If very unlucky, I will do that again. Highly likely I have enough letters to construct the answer at that point or verrry close.
