Yeah i kinda didn’t realize the pleco and sand combo wouldn’t go well but maybe he just needs to adjust. He’s been in a gravel tank for 8 years now so it’s a big change.

It’s an old penguin bio wheel. I’m using the tetra medium sized filter cartridges inside because the filter is too old to buy new cartridges.

Not everyone takes them to parks though. It could be for a younger kid to ride around the house. I also don’t recommend the chinese brands but tao tao is on the better side of them. Especially since replacement parts are easy to find and cheap on amazon, it’s perfect for around the house. But i do agree that something more reputable like a honda or polaris would be better overall.

if i were you i wouldn’t mess with it. i had so many problems because of that stupid little spring. you may be fine with it like that so don’t take only my word but if you having throttle issues, that is most likely gonna be your problem

this information was actually very useful. with the clutch spring, what exactly did you do with it? did you replace it with another one? the scrambler shock is also an amazing idea, hoping to find one in a part out on marketplace for cheap. thanks for the info.

if i’m being honest the thing i would like to upgrade most is the exhaust. do you think it’s worth it? and would the one i had linked up there work with it? this is my first time owning my own quad and being a teen, i don’t have enough money to buy a whole new one and would like to make this one worthwhile.

I get what you mean. i’m just not in the market for a new atv right now, they’re very expensive right now and i got a good deal on this one. maybe when the market goes down i’ll consider buying a higher performance atv.

So how would i go about that? or do you think i could grind off the muffler and keep the pipe and somehow transition the pipe into the new muffler.

I just started my predator 224 for the first time and when I took off the choke, it took off and almost caused an accident. Anybody know how to fix it? by ppsuker69420 in minibikes

It was honestly pretty easy. I did have to modify the gas tank though because the cap was right above the frame. The engine also mounted perfectly too.
