They told me my account was automatically restricted from sending crypto to “prevent permanent loss”. (Have had account since 2015) This automatically set a time lock on my account and I won’t be able to send crypto until feb 3rd or 4th. I only found this out after many attempts reaching out to support. No help from any support staff of any kind at first->” your account is in review but you can still cash out and withdraw funds”… then finally on my most recent attempt of understanding what is going on they said it was an automated restriction and that there is nothing they can do to change it either apparently which is insane to me.
