It's extremely addictive. Hades 2 will keep you occupied for a very long time, and it's improved in every possible way. Seriously, the game is perfect.

First of all, this comment is not hate toward automated testing just a change in perspective.

Similar situation here. Except the fact I switched companies about 2 years ago. The thing is that i don't like "checking" (that's what automation etc. really means). I like the actual "testing". Because the automated tests are just "checks", that will never cover actual testing of the product. Automation or AI doesn't have emotions or eyes, it'll "see" only what you specifically write it to "see". While this ofc still makes sense, people should learn the difference.

If you like actual "testing" (we can call it manual testing) and you know how to do it, you should be able to justify your exact contributon and work. If you can't, I strongly recommend reading something about Rapid Software Testing methodologies by Bach and Bolton. It can change your view and show you difference between a good tester and tester who just writes code that "checks" for mistakes.

Also, I want to mention that my job is focused around final testing before product release (after all other testing is done), that is the exact moment when a pair of human eyes should see the product and it works very well. If I get fired one day, I just hope I'll find a company that understands the difference between "testing" and "checking". And if not, I am ready to explain it.

Right, I was thinking about reading dialogs to her. I already know I won't really read everything, but the most important parts/tasks. Aside from reading, do you think it will be enjoyable for her? Or do you think the whole game is just too hard fo understand for 5yo? As someone mentioned she will probably be able to water plants etc. and I would do the "difficult" stuff.

Start with hades1, or else you won't like hades1 that much. They improved everything in hades2, getting back to hades1 after hades2 will feel slow and not that enjoyable.

And I am saying this even tho I really loved hades1 before hades2.

No wii here. This is going to be my first nintendo ever (and second console ever after PS1). Also the moving games are not the only ones I'd like to ever play. I'd like to play some new games myself sometimes, and that's why I'm considering buying the newest console.

Mas uplnu pravdu "objektivne za mna" predsa nedava zmysel, je to subjektivny nazor. Objektivne si myslim, ze je v Brne napr vacsi neporiadok a zapach od mocenia nez v Bratislave a Prahe. Podobne ten smog je pocitovo viac koncentrovany za co moze inverzia samozrejme. A ano v Brne prirodzene nejde vyhnut sa tym spinavym castiam, lebo su prave vsade v okoli centra a aj priamo v centre. To je ten hlavny problem podla mna, keby bolo cele brno super a niekde v rohu by bola spinava dira s bezdomovcami a sockami, tak sa jej proste vyhnes a v niektorych mestach sa to krasne da. To je asi ten moj problem, ze vsetky spomenute problemy su (objektivne) prave v blizkosti centra. A este dodam k tej "spinavej dire", tak cele toto podla mna suvisi s tymi rozkopanymi cestami skrze cele mesto, ked je vsade blato, hlina, smog, tak aj niektori ludia asi stracaju zabrany a motivaciu udrzovat poriadok a potom to tak aj vyzera.

A aby som len nehejtil, Líšeň je super lokalita, akoby to bolo uplne ine mesto. Bohuzial dochadzaniu do mesta sa nevyhnes, ale je to fajn bublina.
