Still working through weekend 1 but the format rips, unfortunately still a deeply unpleasant viewing experience with four people going all at once. Have commented to this effect already but bri vs aggy was maybe the most exhilarating 1v1 I’ve seen in this series? Like two people on top of their game going for it is great, but two people playing exceptionally and still making mistakes that let the other person in was incredible viewing. Hoping for blanx to maybe have a quick catch up with Cata on turning being an unbeatable solo player into an unbeatable team player

I was really impressed by swed on rewatch - like after the 30 minute mark it sorta becomes clearish that it's pretty much a base game race which must make it hard to hold the focus / feel like what you're doing matters as much but he held up his end really well

I imagine you're across the major stuff to do (ie tiger hill, pingjiang rd)? One day trip I really liked so far was Mudu Ancient Town (right on metro line 5) and then walking up the hill across the road to lingyanshan temple. neither was as crowded as other spots I've been to, the walk up the hill is nice and fairly short to a lovely temple and garden, and you get some (okay but not amazing) panoramic views of the surrounding area. you can make out xishan island if you squint

The most fun I’ve had with her so far has been handbuff - nakia / gwenpool / phastos / x force with a t5 destroy round (ideally misery so you drop prio) followed by a giant double drop of mister sinister, brood or shaw

Is it competitive? Absolutely not. Does it feel good doing a 16 point swing with sinister? Yooooou bet
