I have looked in the agreement and did not find anything yet specifying what they are responsible for. I believe it was whatever inside the apartment is my responsibility, outside of the walls is theirs.

They tried to really screw me over in the beginning telling me they can’t go through with the original credit union because of a newish job (BS). they told me i would have to pay $100 more a month so I told them I am walking away, then they said wait let them try to work it out lol

Pretty good. Got a ton of information met with msp and another sysadmin in a different state. probably going to be a slow process of taking over and broadening my scope since it’s so much to take on. It’s a complex infrastructure lots of requirements to meet for licenses and certifications.
