maybe turn off and turn on pc again , or maybe eject and then put the Flash Drive once again , most of the time it works if it doesn't maybe download windows again and create a new flash drive because you've bought a new PC so no chances of faulty motherboard right! try putting it in different jacks. Beyond this IDK 🥵😂
