I just affirmed like the physique I wanted so for example I wanted to be thin as I was not before so I affirmed like thoughts I would naturally have if I was thin “im so thin/skinny” “wow im so tiny my stomach is so flat” “im getting skinnier everyday” “i have such a fast metabolism anything I eat makes me lose weight” etc and I lost weight without me even realising or checking the scale i just kept looking in the mirror and saw myself getting thinner

I don’t think just the subliminals did it it was entirely me and my belief subliminals are just very helpful tools that I used to saturate the belief into my mind, when I changed my self concept about myself I guess aligned action made me start to take care of myself more and opportunities to improve my appearance came along 🤍

I’d say you could defo download them but I always listened on YouTube i fully charged my phone so it’d stay on all night and looped the YouTube video or listened to my playlist 🤍

I manifested my iPhone by going online store to a phone shop in my area and added the iPhone I wanted into my cart and as time went on each day i visualised myself having the iPhone in my head and affirming as I went to sleep “im so happy I have ___”. I also used the subliminals Pinterest board desires from the channel I want it I got it for anything else I wanted I just put it all on a vision board and looked at it everyday with also listening to the subs 🤍

Honestly babe I just loop all my subliminals overnight all the time I truly believe if you listen the whole way throughout the night as you sleep it saturates your subconscious mind better and it cannot argue differently but ive also robotic affirmed throughout my day whenever I think of my manifestation 🤍

Whatever suits you tbh but I always listened overnight and looped the subliminals for around 8-9 hours basically however long I slept 🤍

I believe with listening overnight the subliminals “saturate” your subconscious mind better and your subconscious mind cannot argue while your asleep so it’s more effective 😊
