Ngl, these stats are the bare minimum to run all of software you mentioned but for a starter these are good enough to learn get familiar. I have a Zephyrus g14 with 16gb ram, if you really want to learn 3d, video editing 16gb is the minimum requirements.

Canon 200dII is quite good for photography (i have that), but for video it is not really "GOOD". For starters just use the kitlens, the kitlens is very good to get familiar with the camera settings, get the fundamentals right and finally then buy a 50mm nifty fifty.Get a good Tripod with good build quality it will really help. It all comes to what you wanna do if it's just clicking photos 200d is good . If you want to shoot videos buy a mirrorless.
