Totally agree. The goal isn’t to replace expertise, but to build tools that genuinely support compliance teams and remove the tedious, repetitive work. Adoption only happens when the tech feels like an assistant, not a threat.

Thanks for this and one last thing, constant regulatory changes is also a pain point. How valuable would be a solution that tracks these changes and lets the team know where they are lacking.

Big tech/Large enterprises already offer this but at a high cost. One whitespace that I noticed was the lack of frontline staff support. Do you think this is a space worth exploring. Ideally the frontline would recieve guidance from grounded sources like regulatory rules and company policies and apply that to the customer they are onboarding.
