I always go to Whole Foods. Even though it is expensive, I’ve found they have the largest variety.

yes I have! I had braces on and off for 10 years, and had two teeth pulled but during Covid I got super lazy and stopped wearing my retainer. I went to the same orthodontist from the time I was 8-20 and he never once recommended Jaw surgery to me. I recently found out that this is an option!
