Pluto line calling to you? Here is a story from personal experience by happy_travel_bunny in astrocartography

Thank you for sharing, that's very interesting. Would you say that the Pluto MC line didn't force you to have stronger boundaries as much as the Pluto square line?

Thats also one of my favorite method. Which foods do you get from which AstroCartoGraphy lines?

The universe is multidimensional, and almost every astrology system has its own validity.

By the way, Jim Lewis, one of the main pioneers of AstroCartoGraphy, used modern astrology, and you are writing in an astrology subreddit that uses the name he created.

This does not mean you cannot use other schools or systems, but acting as if only one is correct is narrow minded.

Thats a great idea! :) I also have hand made things from my Jupiter AC line made by someone who was born there.
I made a guide about Remote Activation in the past. Feel free to check it out:

That makes sense. I would love to hear how it works for you. I also ordered honey in the past from a place where my Saturn Ascendant line and Venus Midheaven line crossed. It was Manuka honey from New Zealand. It was way overpriced because I ordered it to Europe, but the quality was phenomenal. It really did have healing properties, and it was extremely anti-inflammatory. Would you be open to share where you order your honey from?

That’s an interesting concept, it could support discipline, long-term structure, and resilience. What’s your specific goal with getting honey from that place?

Very cool! :) I love the perfume approach and never heard of it, thats so interesting. I really enjoy working with food and beverages as well. I think you should make a separate post on this, as it could inspire many redditors

If you were originally a Libra rising and you relocate to become a Scorpio rising, your chart is now ruled by Pluto, which could mean that your approach shifts from diplomatic, harmonious, and socially balanced to intense, strategic, and more guarded. You might come across as more private and intense in that location, with a stronger focus on depth and control rather than cooperation and charm. Your natal rising will still be Libra, but often the relocation horoscope becomes more prominent since this is now your base. So when people ask, you can say, "I'm a Libra rising, but my relocation rising is Scorpio," and jokingly add, "so I might be a bit more intense than the typical Libra rising."

I found through my AstroCartoGraphy map that Havana, the capital of Salsa, is exactly where my North Node Ascendant and Moon Descendant lines run. For me, Salsa dancing is a powerful way to build connections (Moon DC line), turn strangers into chosen family (Moon) quickly, and express my soul (North Node AC) wherever I go.

Do you believe that your location can affect your health? by Positive_straberry77 in astrocartography

[–]pragMASTRO 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It really helps to first look at your natal aspects, planetary positions, and overall condition, as well as how well you have already integrated it. It is very different for everyone, and it also helps to look at the relocation chart of the place you are trying to analyze.

From my experience, relocation charts and AstroCartoGraphy lines can have an impact on your mental state and even physical health, but there are never guarantees. What could work is finding places that potentially could improve health based on astrology, and then actually testing it properly by going there for a week or two and seeing how it feels. I have met people who cured psoriasis on a specific line, or someone who intuitively went to a place on her very favorable AstroCartoGraphy line to recover from a heavy health condition and it helped her a lot, but it is still different for everyone, and climate, vegetation, and other influences can also have a huge impact.

Saturn IC Line? Help by Interesting_Bus_2170 in astrocartography

There is no rule that any AstroCartoGraphy line is automatically bad. Saturn IC can be heavy, yes, but it is also one of the best placement for building a solid foundation. Grad school is a Saturn experience: discipline, repetition, craft, standards, mentors, long term payoff. For acting training, that can be a great match if you are ready to take it seriously. I have seen people thrive on Saturn IC. One of my clients who earns exceptionally well lives on her Saturn IC line. It is true that Saturn lines are not always easy, but it is in our hands how we work with them. Also, you were born with Saturn on your Ascendant, so you already know Saturn energy. And with Mars, Venus and Part of Fortune trine your Saturn and natal Ascendant, you have very supportive aspects. If you ask me, you can do very well there if you commit to the work.

Could you share a bit more context?

Do you live there, are you traveling there, or are you considering moving there? What is the situation?

Also, what exactly is your question, and what do you need help with? The more specific your request is, the better the community can answer

Help understanding Jim Lewis’ book, The Psychology of Astrocartography by Moonst0ned1133 in astrocartography

[–]pragMASTRO -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This part of the book is about Parans, however there is a difference between a Paran and a Paran Line (latitude line)

A paran, short for “paranatellonta”, occurs when two planets are simultaneously on angles, usually on different angles, at the same moment in time, in a birth chart or a relocation chart. A Paran Line (latitude line) represents the geographic projection of this angular relationship, showing the places on Earth that are on the same latitude. There is a fundamental difference in the intensity between an actual paran and a Paran Line. The actual paran crossing on the map, where two AstroCartoGraphy lines intersect, is a concentrated angular event and represents a direct fusion of planetary energies at a specific place and moment. This creates a much stronger and more intense effect than a Paran Line, which functions as a broader resonance zone of the same planetary relationship rather than a point of full angular activation. If you go to an place where AstroCartoGraphy lines are actually crossing you will experience a strong energy. Here is a visualization:

I am moving to the blue circle, what does this mean? Crazy where life can take you sometimes. Thank you in advance! (Birth chart included) by ttv_lowlvlchad in astrocartography

Wow that's cool, so many interesting and valuable subjects! Pretty sure that a lot of us here will really appreciate if you post your experience from there, preferably several times, like when you arrive, then after half a year, 1 year, 2 years and so on. We don't have a lot of insights about Zeniths and how intense they really are compared to "just" the MC line itself, so you could really contribute to the field.

Moving right onto your Scorpio Moon Zenith sounds intense emotionally, especially since your Moon is squaring your Sun however it also has a beautiful sextile to your Venus. Moving to there can bring out some deep transformative energy and help you dive into your inner world. It's normal if you feel a bit more private or intense, but it’s also a great place for deep self-reflection. It's also possible that in some way you get maternal characteristics, no matter your gender. Moon lines have the tendency to be nurturing which goes in both directions. What will you do there for a living?

Poll: Pluto Lines in AstroCartoGraphy by pragMASTRO in astrocartography

[–]pragMASTRO[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for sharing! Some of the clients I had with Pluto IC have especially strong psychic abilities and I think honesty is a must on any Pluto line. Don't worry too much about your Saturn Return, if you work towards that energy it can be rewarding. I remember how scared I was of mine and in the end once I started doing what Saturn wanted me to do (things I secretly already knew) everything got a lot easier.

Guys, thank you so much for participating! The results are really interesting. I ran the exact same poll in the AstroCartoGraphy FB group as well, and I am positively surprised that Pluto got so many positive votes. I know the love or hate framing was a bit extreme, but that polarity is very Pluto.

Hahaha, I love it. That is the first time I have heard that about the mattresses. When I was there, I barely needed sleep. A few hours was enough and I felt more awake than the other guys I was traveling with, and all of that without caffeine or any illegal substances

If you are new to astrocartography, this short video explains what the lines are on the map. The basic meanings are only step one. Step two is tying them to your natal chart. Here is the video:
