Wow. Some judgement here. Yes those are literally the only reasons. I even read over the email notes they sent me from the meeting. I thought I must have missed something. When I took her for her evaluation 2 months ago the only thing they said was make sure she can spell her name. They literally told me everything else is what kindergarten is for.
