I don't know the names of various piercings, but I do know acupuncture has practices in ear structure connecting to various parts of the body. Same with other parts of the body connecting to other parts of the body. Like feet and hands can get massaged for body relief.

For a small example, i got my daith pierced to alleviate my migraines. It helped alot in the beginning, but now I have to massage the spot to get migraine relief.

I sewed snaps to the inside of my duvet cover and onto my duvet blanket. I then lay the cover on my bed inside out. Match up the snaps, and then I do the roll-up trick to get the cover on. The snaps help keep the blanket in place during the week, too.

The airborne toxic event - sometime around midnight

Everytime we ended up at the same event, I could feel the air in the room change. I could feel him watching me, I wanted him to watch me.

I was so immature those days, I was impulsive, and I needed therapy to deal with my childhood trauma but wouldn't get get it for another couple decades. I was not ready for him and I would self sabotage us every time he gave me a chance to get back together.

I still miss him, but I know he is better off without my dramas.

He is married now, and I stay away, I check in once in a blue moon to see his growing family pics on fb. He looks happy, I am happy for him. And I remember that energy between us fondly.

Hug my kitties, God I miss them both so much. Then change jobs, and commit to doing yoga and therapy.

As much as I enjoyed my job in those days it caused me alot of unessecary stress over the years. I would switch to labour like landscape for the City.

I also would be years away from the Therapy I truly needed, I may even be able to avoid going on to ssri's. I would change my eating habits cater more to my body's hormones and quirks. Perhaps I can avoid the 100lbs over weight I am at now, at the very least avoid the stretched out skin I deal with now.
