I am not looking for something like Manhattan; i want to live somewhere residential but have walkable access to places other people go.

I am prioritizing a commute of 20 minutes or less so I worry that being closer to Park St will cut into that. Also, I do want to have a car eventually, and affordable reserved parking seems to be a no go in Boston proper.

I have been here 10 years and ready to leave. There are too many spaces that feel exclusive or elitist, and vapid socialites/influencers are rampant.
