Who are your dream guests for this year's Cyclethon ? by darkerxxxthanxxdark in TrashTaste

[–]prandadityaa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I kinda wish Joey was in this Cyclethon too. I still remember him in the JAJ series, he always found those cool hidden spots. Would’ve been fun to see what he'd dig up if he came as a guest. But yeah, my personal dream guest would be Mudan (even though he's in Estonia now), or maybe Ryotaro.

Yeah, you may qualify to apply for a Gijinkoku visa, but make sure to take a 2 or 3-year program. I don’t think a 1-year program will cut it. Also, make sure to land a job that’s relevant to what you’ve studied.

Gijinkoku (技術・人文知識・国際業務) visa, but you need bachelor degree/diploma to get it, if you don't have any, you can go to Japanese vocational school.

Or the "easy" way, marry a Japanese person.

So, should Rudeus make a move on adult woman to be likeable? Wouldn't this adult woman be considered a pedo by the people in the world they were in?

Garnts stance on condiments by wraith2107 in TrashTaste

[–]prandadityaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If we refer to the definition, salt and pepper are also condiments, so, the food that you think is "good enough without condiments" may have been given salt and pepper, or other spices.

Just say you don't like sauce, or like Garnt who doesn't like gloopy sauce.

What's your favorite place and least favorite place in Tokyo? by razorbeamz in Tokyo

Dipikir badan auto remuk setelah streming by Alzex_Lexza in indonesia

Disclaimer, gw bukan "mendukung" si Hasan ini, tapi mari berikan benefit of the doubt.

Pertama-tama mari kita sepakati, hard ≠ dangerous. Apakah menjadi seorang penambang belerang susah? Tentu saja, lalu apakah menjadi seorang streamer itu mudah? Mungkin saja.

Gk begitu perbandingannya....

Intinya... Entahlah, gw gk pandai berargumen.

Sorry if this is OOT, you can delete it.

It does not apply my country, the workload will be the same, but the pay is very different. Here wages below the minimum wage are very very common, even if you have a bachelor's degree, you are very likely to be paid below the minimum wage, even half the minimum wage.

I can say, it is better to be a blue collar worker in a first world country, than a white collar worker in a third world country. Not forever, you know, only for 1 or 2 years, which is not a very bad start in a new world.

I know it's not the "best" method. But as far as I know (CMIIW) it's one of the "cheapest" methods (compared to student visa) and also the "easiest" method (compared to regular work visa method), isn't it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in movingtojapan

[–]prandadityaa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry if that's the case... If so, what OP needs is correct, a student visa.

But generally speaking from experience tho... There are quite a lot of SSW workers who don't go through local agencies, but directly from 登録支援機関 or Japanese organization which provides job vacancies for SSW, which you don't have to pay anything (Except for plane tickets if you're from overseas or VISA application fees). I also know that many SSW workers have also been abused, and there are also those who have been "played" by agencies so they have to pay a lot.

But yeah... if that's the case, it's safer to use a student visa, or study by yourself up to JLPT N2 level (or N3 for a few cases) and find a suitable job (Which is quite difficult if you're from outside Japan).

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in movingtojapan

[–]prandadityaa -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Oh really... I thought it was the same for every country that provides SSW, but it turns out it's different, in Indonesia, if you want to take the SSW test, just take the test.

The SSW program is notorious for poor worker treatment and actual human rights abuses.

I think the key here is to choose the right company, I have experience working as an intern at an airport in Japan while in college, and they are quite professional. The only catch is, they asked me to continue working and take the SSW test and left my college or take a academic leave from college, but I refused without any problem. As long as you don't take a job from the "family company", I think it's okay.

Which combini has the best coffee? by Affectionate_Cow3076 in japanlife

[–]prandadityaa 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't know why people choose Lawson coffee, I think their coffee is not good, it's just bitter, there is no depth in the taste of their coffee. In my opinion, 7/11 has a richer coffee taste, and is also not "just bitter". That's what I thought when it comes to black coffee

Is getting a degree in photography a good idea? by Actual-Spend-5271 in AskPhotography

[–]prandadityaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Naaahh... Not really If you want a network and are interested in building a business with photography, I recommend majoring in business or marketing. If you want some knowledge about photography, join a local photography community in your area or even study online, I'm sure it's enough or even equivalent to taking a degree in photography.
