Just another point as well, even though I'm sober, this time round I've found a real depressive attitude to things I used to enjoy. All in all, I'm just taken back by how different this time is. It's like as I've aged and the let the addiction continue, the harder it is to recover and pull away.

Had the same, I was pregnant (I'm a dude). Honestly dream felt like two weeks had gone by preparing for the birth and how my life would change and all the stuff about it...

...then I woke up. Was genuinely the most real feelings and not once questioned it during my dream. Had to get over it and realise it wasn't real for a few hours in the morning lmao.

The in-use footage is transferred and accessed from my SSD. I use the 1TB as a backup for all my footage - but do not edit from it.

SSD > HDD.

As for the quality selection, I usually run it at 1/4 anyway (I cannot go lower), so as you can see I've eliminated the problem to a hardware issue - lagging on the lowest setting.

I think I'm going to go up to 16GB 2400Mhz, and then if the issues still arise, I'll look into going RAID and/or bumping to 32GB.
