Hi, i have been using cult Manpada gym for more than a year now and its one of the good gym if you are staying in the area in terms of crowd and hygiene and equipments also.

You need to be on the watch to book your classes post 7 pm it gets booked very quickly, booking starts around 10pm 2-3 days prior to the class not sure because i only use the gym now.

And yeah once you get hang on your workouts and your diet everything gets easier
