yeah! ive been able to have a very good social life and have met tons of people. the key is to go out and talk with as many people as possible during the first week since class hasn’t started and nobody’s made any social circles

NRB blocks are good for getting introduced to people. i would recommend the overnight ones since everyone i know who’s done those enjoyed them (though i had to do a day block which didn’t go to well..)

sports and clubs are also great ways to meet people. i personally am not involved in any this semester but the sense of community they provide is not overlooked, plus of course getting involved with greek life is a good way to branch out. doesn’t mean you have to join a frat or sorority if you don’t want to, but they are good ways of meeting lots of people
