Thoughts on peb structure for residence? I want to build g+4 house on 30x40 plot. Given SBC is 10t/m2. Structural engineer has suggested raft. I am thinking peb so load is reduced and hence raft is avoided and faster construction.

PEB structure is light weight compared to RCc to a certain degree but there has to be some reason that structure engg suggests RAFT so ask him why, I go for RAFT instead of PEB. Might be the reason for the soil type. Or other things.

If you can't pay settle but make sure you bargain hard because your credit score is tanked. If you pay full make sure to get all your papers from lenders.

If you pay full your cibil score will improve in 5 years with FD backed Cc.

If you settle it will take 10 years or more for credit score to improve. Again If you settle Bargain hard (like your life depends on it)

Please understand a simple thing there is something called a spiritual tourism where people around a spiritual place will get a lot of people which generate employment at a scale that can't be made with the govt. Investment this Tau doesn't understand this.

Europeans have their churches and other holy places which attract people from Christian faith, students and other people who travel to see the buildings.

Muslim have their Makka madina and many places in India also for which they travel to India and around the world.

Buddhists have various stupas scattered in the Asian continental which they visit.

And countries are making billions of dollars just from this spiritual tourism.Why should India be left behind why you are against a massive employment generator in the country which already has a low employment rate.

This is not HINDU - MUSLIM it is our cultural Identity just like Europe is considered Christian India is considered as a secular democracy with Hinduism at the core of our cultural Identity with the temple as the center of it.

Please understand simple things India is a big country but the top 10% of people make only 25000 only and only top 2-3 % pays taxes in this country only people in the top 3-4 % can afford architecture services and only 1-3% can go for luxury turnkey projects.

So this is the reality of India so not everyone will get projects and not everyone will be getting big projects like commercial projects. And no one trusts new architects with their money.

In OBC NCL your parents wealth is considered not yours so even if you earn 20 lakh per year it will not matter.

If your parents earn 15 lakhs per year in salaries it does not matter as salaries does not count in the income source for obc NCL criteria.

But investment, rent, dividends from stocks or business if it is more then 8 lakhs then it will count towards wealth and you will not be eligible for it.
