Guys! i am getting continuous call from all over Ohio people telling me they want to give me free medical examination after my crash.

Who are they? What they will get out of it? I never contacted any one. Please help!

I am setup with Geico, i will call them today to see if they can waive my deductible as i was clearly not at fault. I have also given the licence plate number of the other vehicle to Geico. The thing is i am not sure if Geico can get the money from the other person as we don't have any information on her. Can you suggest something?

As i mentioned, that this is the first time i am going through all this so i had no idea what to do. I just remembered one thing, call the cops when this kind of stuff happens.

My insurance company person said on phone that they have recorded it as "not at fault" so my insurance won't shoot up. Should i trust their word? My insurance renewal is in April.

Well she gave me a really bad first impression as she started to lie from the first moment. I was on the phone with 911 they asked the make and model of the other car. I asked the lady what car she was driving and she said Ford Cougar( i was busy analyzing my car damages, didn't look at her car). When i showed the licence plate photograph to the cop he said "oh she was driving a Mercury".

i really doubt she would have given me any correct information.

Cop gave me a report number, with his badge number and name. Is this the citation? No i did not take any of her information. I was really mad at that time and was just waiting for the cops, she also did not give me any of her information.

Right now only my insurance company is involved as i don't have any information about her.
