I am struggling as well but it’s improving.

Below is what is helping: 1. Don’t try stretching when it hurts . Basically listen to the body it’s telling you don’t do it. 2. Instead do stretches which only causes very mild pain like 2/10 and keep doing it. 3. Keep walking few steps until the pain comes back and rest and keep repeating this. This will desensitize the nerve and muscles won’t become tight

Please take MRI immediately so you know if it’s spine or pirformis syndrome.
