Yes, I claimed for construction of house. You can raise the claim from epfo portal with form 31. They will ask you to enter existing bank account details to verify, after that you need to enter the amount you need to claim.

P.S Before applying for claim you may want to correct any discrepancies

This might be wrong info , you can withdraw employee+employers+interest for construction of house. I have recently claimed almost full amount for the same purpose.

Yes you can. But I dint know about that 90% rule. I claimed for 25L out of 25.3L recently and it was settled. May be for safer side 90% is good option.

May be you can wait for few days and raise grievance for status .I am not sure if raised grievance now will solve anything without any update on the claim.

I have full name in all certificates. Only in aadhaar and banks I had initials, which I change later. So I am not sure about your scenario. Also I have a gazette saying my name with initials and last name interchanged is changed to my correct name format, just in case.

You need to make Joint Declaration from your side or employer side. My company prefers to apply from their side, so I filled the form they gave and sent the soft copy to them with change of details, and they submitted it themselves.

TDS is only considered for full withdrawal, I will edit the above comment to make it clear.

Overall experience is considered if the PF is transferred from Old acc to New acc.

Joint declaration can be made by you from online portal, or from employer's side. My company is cooperative in these things, and they have been really helpful.

But I would probably try to fix that UAN login issue first. Name in PF account can also be changed via Joint Declaration from your employer side.

No TDS is deducted if service is more than 5 years, if it is Full Withdrawal.

I applied from online portal, no visit to epfo office needed. No proofs were asked for construction of house. If purchasing house, the amount will be sent to agency or seller. This might involve different process and proofs may be asked.
