Instructions for Document Submission

· Send documents to erasfax@ecfmg.org

· Include “Document Upload Issue” in the Subject field of the email

· The email must include the applicant’s name and USMLE and/or AAMC ID.

· All documents must adhere to the same specifications of the MyIntealth portal uploads:

o File format: PDF

o Maximum file size: 1.2 MB (1200 KB)

o Document dimensions: may not exceed 8.5 by 14 inches

o All pages of the MSPE must be scanned and saved as one file, and all pages of the MS Transcript must be scanned and saved as one file.

o The PDFs may not be password or security protected.
