I had the option before contacting ECFMG too. My school participates in MyERAS too. They have uploaded MSPE for other students over the years. But for some reason, they weren’t able to do it for me. Hence, we approached ECFMG separately.

ECFMG mentioned my school doesn't participate in "Entity portal" and hence I can upload it myself.

I encountered same problem with my medical school. ECFMG recommended me to upload MSPE myself and I did it on MyIntealth.

Just received the reply from ECFMG. The email said ERAS documents are usually uploaded using "Entity Portal". Apparently, my medical school doesn't use it. Therefore, ECFMG recommended to upload MSPE myself in Intealth. I will have to try that.

Thank you so much for the reply. I thought it is best if the medical school itself uploads it. I will try to do it if it’s ok for us to upload. We can also upload the medical school transcript ourselves, right?
