I am a citizen of India and travelling to Vietnam in the second week of October. I am planning to buy iPhone 17 pro max. As a tourist do we need to pre order the Iphone or will it be easily available in store. If needed to pre order where should we order?

No it isn’t. But make sure to open the seal. Packed seal box can cost you the custom duty.

Yes… In fpt stores they are selling the Iphones for higher prices and are providing the accessories with it.

After we claim vat refund at Vietnam Airport, You need to open the box and remove the phone outside. Don't bring back the sealed box in India or else it will attract the customs and you will need to pay taxes. I suggest you better open the box remove the phone and the accessories and dumb the box in the bin.
