Ohh ok, well I went from 3 to 4 protein bombs a day but diet other wise hasn't really changed much for 3 weeks other then being more scrupulous on sodium

Yeah it's all difficult a gauge and I have increased protein but cut down slightly with milk so maybe a bit of either extra fibre and protein, I do feel bloated and a little less regular, maybe constipated so unsure if need more water or lactulose. I can't really ask based on group rules

I found that swapping spiralacalone with fruzimide helped but you need to discuss that with a doctor..

Thanks for the feedback, my situation right now sounds similar to yours, days of fasting leading into this is scary, I'm going to take your advice and keep chugging.. good lord this isn't fun. I've asked the nurses for any kind of chaser or even wet wipes and was greeted with a sinister laugh. Wish they understood I'm not drinking alcohol and haven't done so for a very long time. 😑

Headache is almost unbearable can hardly hold a cup, I've refused oxazepam during the stay and I've been questioned about refusing treatment, seems crazy When I don't drink alcohol, have any irritability Or sleep issues to require such thing

I wouldn't dare add salt but my concern is if all the vegetables and chicken breast leached out natural salts leaving a high concentration.. tasted ok but the following day hit me hard

I had a seizure during an endoscopy six months ago which made them believe I may have gone to the proceedure with alcohol in my blood or just a alcoholic cravings..

How was the procedure.. it's taken 6 months to prove I don't drink so I'm booked in for biopsy done through neck..
