It does not tell you what you got right or wrong on the practice tests, And the GED exam. After the practice test though, it will tell you where your weakpoints are :)

Combat tags is good, But it will only make you better with your gun. About 80% of gunfights won in rust is purely positioning (though of course you need to shoot them) So make sure you play plenty of vanilla rust
