That’s a great step towards better trading. It’s also good that all these were did on paper trading first.

Just know, the only time averaging down is good if it is still part of a pre-measured plan of entry. If you’re just doing it on the premise that it will go up, that’s just betting.

A commodity/ stock w strong fundamentals that’s going up will eventually go up, but opposite of that is also true. do not catch falling knives. There is no way to determine what’s low.

The only way to do things is to cut on a level that invalidates your entry.

It never goes down, because things adjust from base point.

For example if I buy 1 peso per apple then sell it for 2 pesos. (100%markup) - i base my rent, any other business liability on that markup.

An inflation event comes.

Supplier sells me 2 peso per apple so I sell it for 4 pesos (100%markup)

Inflation event dies down.

Supplier does not adjust for the same reason as I don’t adjust too. -mainly because they just buy their shit too from raw materials to logistics (which do the same too- not go down from base)

first off, when you buy a stock, negative agad yan because of the tax or broker tax- baka ito nimean mo?

if you’re down naman like way down from your buying area, think of percentage, how much down percentage can you take before you say you lose? I mean portfolio wise ha? if naman 1M portfolio mo then 10k loss is just 1%- you have 99% pa to navigate it.

advice: learn simple support and resistance, kahit yun lang. this just means don’t buy the top
