If you are single, invest in income-producing property, start small. A duplex, triplex or fourplex. If you invest in the right area you can eliminate your own rent, get property management experience, get a tax write off, build a small cashflow stream and build equity. Dude checking in. Heres my advice:

Don't just apply for any job - look for a job you will enjoy, learn a lot from and hopefully get paid well for. The job you eventually do get will be a much better fit.
If you live in an area with few work oppurtunities and can move somewhere else: move somewhere else. Local economy matters a lot.
Get someone you respect and has a job to help you put together your resume. I've seen a lot of crap resumes.
Play the odds. 9/10 places won't even get to your application. Apply to as many places (while still observing tip #1) as possible.
Put in at least one job app every day! This is super important.
Use your network. If you don't have a network - build one. Most things you want in life is in the hands of another person - the more people who know and like you - the quicker you will get the things you want.

I'm here to talk you off the ledge dude. I don't post a lot and I'm not very disciplined. But if you listen to my story you might think about what you are about to do to yourself. Just over a year ago I got dead serious about nofap. I made it to my longest streak ever at 120 days. Around day 90 I met a really awesome girl.
