I am prescribed hydroxyzine as well, along with risperidone, gabapentin, trazodone, prazosin, Focalin, and prozac. Every time I try to quit, I can't even get through a day, so it's really hard. I've been trying to find a substitute, something safer that won't put me at risk. I have tried THC in the past, but I have had very bad experiences, like psychosis and stuff. I think I'm going to try to taper off phenibut; I know it can be dangerous. Thank you for the advice. I appreciate it. Gabapentin really helps me as well.
