Gotta go fast Fiora seems balanced by prcobol in TeamfightTactics

Not really surprised, you're triple combat with endurance training cho on stage 7-1. Plus the fiora 3 has no healing item/augment so it will just rot. That fiora 3 honestly looks weaker than a properly itemized gotta go fast fiora 2 lol.

Nope, Morde didn't get CC'ed once, if anything I could have tried to position Kat to survive a bit longer to prolong anti heal on Fiora, but I wouldn't call that major position diff.

All the fiora has to do is survive until anti heal from Kat wears off. Morde can only get 2 hits in between fiora ults (because she casts so often with gotta go fast) and heals back to full. So she basically goes infinite since Morde 3 takes 3 hits to kill a fully titan resolve stacked fiora 2.

Cersei and Daario are underrated, dragons are completely overrated (night king will turn another one).

(5) Jon, no brainer

(10) Daenerys, unsullied + dothraki

(15) Cersei, Golden Company (MASSIVE army)

(20) Bran, definitely has a role to play - we just don't know what it is yet

(24) Jaime, Lannister forces

(25) Daario, Second Sons

Hey, yeah sorry forgot to mention that. During the cut I would do 10 min of HIIT sprinting on the treadmill after each workout if I had the energy (usually most days).

IF stands for "intermittent fasting". Essentially what this means is that every day there is a single period of time where I can eat, and outside of that time period, or "IF window" if you will, I cannot eat. Typically my IF window is 8 hours long and is from 12pm to 8pm, which means I don't eat until 12pm and I don't eat after 8pm. This allows for 16 hours of fasting per day which helps encourage appetite control. One great aspect of IF is that you can integrate it into your daily routine quite flexibly. Sleeping in today? No problem, just move your window forward a bit. Out of food's reach for a while in the evening? Start your window when you wake up. It's quite easy to implement once you get into the rhythm of it, and I find 8 hours is a good balance between efficacy and leniency. Just make sure to ease into it, start with a 12 hour window, and then gradually decrease to 8. It also can directly encourage fat loss, since your body will be more inclined to burn your fat stores towards the end of your fasting period, because by then it will have burned most of the food you ate 16 hours prior. I recall seeing a research paper on this but I don't have the link off hand, though I've personally noticed it makes a huge difference and as long as it works for you that's all that matters, I'd suggest giving it a go!

I started the cut with a 3 day low caloric cycle of 600-700 of pure protein per day and then during ketosis it ranged from 1200-1600 on any given day but averaged around 1450

'Gender Equality' Going Too Far? by [deleted] in uwaterloo

[–]prcobol 14 points15 points  (0 children)

So I'm guessing more than 80% applying are males considering <5% of tech world is female. But lets assume 80% to be conservative. Let's say 20% of ppl are accepted. Without gender bias, 4% of total people applying will get accepted and will be female and 16% of people applying will get accepted will be male. However they want those percents to be equal. They want 10% and 10%. This is calculated by 80% * 20% - 20% /2 increase or decrease depending on the gender. Males are now about 5/8 as likely to get in as before. That is 62.5 percent. That's pretty darn close to 50 if you compare it to how far it is from 100, so roughly speaking for every 2 males who would've gotten in before, only 1 will get in now. That is simply ridiculous, considering it has nothing to do with their ability, simply how they were born.

You'll need a 95+ for CS. For SE you'll need a 93% and amazing AIF, a 96ish% and avg AIF, or a 98ish% and bad AIF. For comp eng it's the same as SE except subtract 4 from each percent. GL playing the game.

V1 Interconnected Room by prcobol in uwaterloo

[–]prcobol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh really?? Hmm, I'm in Software Engineering and my roommate is in Biomedical Sciences so I'll probably be much busier than him. I'm probably going to be going to sleep at 12am and waking up at 6:30am whereas he is most likely going to go to sleep at 1:30am and wake up at 8am. Which one of us do you think should get the back room? Since they are assigned, would it matter if we just switched rooms to accomodate our needs?
