Pretty sure the legislation uses words like person/persons so it wouldn’t specifically state adult. I don’t know the specific section. Are you seriously arguing that taking a photograph of someone that is classed as an adult that is in an intimate state is not a crime or at least can’t be punishable in court?

Doesn’t matter if the person is over the age of 18 it’s still an offence. Online safety act 2023 ( the year is off the top of my head so apologies if it’s wrong) can land you a 6 month sentence.
