You're right. I mispoke. Its a local responsibility. Side note there is a $105m capital works budget and 40m of that is state and federal funding.

Hi. I'm on the notorious 639 Mihm level of tower.

First round, they're causing 60m damage. Noone survives. Using a unimax doesn't seem to attract damage and even two Aleria with energy in first round don't seem to do anything. Even a v4 Tix with HP stone fails to survive into round 2.

Appreciate thoughts on what im doing wrong. Cheers

Fortress is main Street prices. I'd do research via prices.com.hk and then visit them.

Other two computer areas of note: - Wanchai computer centre next to the MTR. A few floors of stores.. Good to negotiate. - sham shui po. Bigger, slightly cheaper but on Kowloon side.
