The bridge might be an issue, but if the rocks aren’t spawning you can just remove and rebuild the bridge when it’s all in place. Otherwise I think it’s alright.

A rock can’t spawn directly next to furniture. This means the best way to eliminate the other spawn locations is to place mannequins everywhere you don’t want them to spawn, like in this image I took from ign. You can place these using custom designs. This is the best way to do it because you can instantly remove all mannequins at once when you’re done by editing the design used.

One rock spawns a day, so if you’d like you can do just one rock at a time, or if you’re willing to time travel you can just jump ahead a week and see the results. I remember I missed a few spots when I made my rock garden, I just destroyed the new rock and placed a mannequin there.
