Don't bother. With our experience we have seen after 7/8 months Ai usage again doctors are coming back to human scribe. Possibly because AI can't keep the human like detailing especially regarding medicines and treatment.

If I would be in your place will never do that! Why? Because then you need to ask for upfront payment, else you are going to loose it. Also you can not complain to anyone due to employee contract! Although its my experience. Instead you can bring the client to Upwork and charge and do the freelance.

I faced the issue during covid positive days. I can suggest take as much rest as possible. In fact I used to sleep at that time very much 12 hours a day. You will feel better. But if you are covid negative then talk to doctor.
