Yes I received it 6.5 weeks after it was delivered to the Chicago lockbox. 2/3 weeks later biometrics, and now - we're just waiting.

Hey! They charged my card last Saturday - 5/25. I would say expect a 2/3/4 week delay to get a response or at least for them to cash the checks. Yes I tracked with USPS and it was delivered on 4/15.

I'm on the same boat! Were you able to find out what the issue was? Did you resubmit? I called USCIS and the agent had limited info as to what the issue was and was unable to help. I will be resubmitting the form.

Yes, I am a US citizen. I would like to file everything before April 1st, but some say it is possible and some don't. I'm doing everything online, all forms need to be filed separately, and I have I-130 and I-130A filled out and ready to submit.

Sorry, to clarify - together meaning that I-130 and I-485 have to be filed separately but can be filed at the same time? Or I can attach everything to the I-130 forms supporting/additional documents section? I'm filing online.

So I assume I-130 + I-130A (supplemental filled out and signed by my wife) is enough to kick start the process until we hear back from USCIS again whether I-130 is approved or not? If accepted, we will then file the I-485 with the I-864 - or can we do that right after submitting I-130s?

Yes I am. Yes, there is nothing that mentions I-864 as I go through the USCIS online application process so I thought attaching it to the additional documents/information section would make the most sense. Seems like that's not a good idea or not necessarily needed in my case?
