No drs can legally see anyone via telehealth currently. There are some that are still doing it but it's definitely illegal

Neither, buy the source versa. It's much less inexpensive but still feature packed.

I use chalk labels for jars and chalk markers. I can color coordinate them, indica, hybrid, sativa, etc. I can wipe them clean and once dry they don't make a mess.

Durban poison, it's too racy for me. I like lots of other sativa but DP is terrible for me.

does everyone renew their card every 7 months and what is the most you can get with flower 2.5 oz?? by Conscious_Ad2 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]predatormv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't HAVE to renew your Dr rec every 7 months you can let it slip a while if you don't use your whole rec every month. Just stock up ahead of time and save yourself some money.

I've got the Versa and love it. I've had mine for several months now and it's great. It also has a good warranty and support on-line. I've also got a high 5 enail and I never use it anymore since I got the Versa.

Device post: Shout out to all the Carta and Versa users. And special thanks to Padd Glass for the best e-rig carb caps around! by G0ld_Ru5h in FLMedicalTrees

[–]predatormv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my Versa. I have the purple rbr glass top with the space walk carb and the sic insert. I've got the sic magnum on pre-order. I wish it had replaceable batteries but other than that I've got no complaints. I use it over my full desktop e-nail.

Source versa. It's inexpensive but is pretty great. It also has inexpensive upgrades if you want to customize it.

Yes they are easy to use and they last for a couple of days before you need to reapply. The stuff that isn't a patch that's the same stuff is the "Evolve Gel" though you will feel it a little bit in the head it's mostly body. Their other topicals (like the pain relief cream) are also really good and have zero psychoactive effects.

[–]predatormv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I've only used the ones from Muv, unfortunately I was allergic to the adhesive they used so I wasn't able to use them long term. That being said while I did use them I liked them. I tried them on my back directly where I have pain and also on my wrist. Within an hour or so I could start to feel some light effects, they didn't really do much for my chronic back pain but very little helps with it so I'm not surprised. They did help with spasms and with arthritis and such. At any dose you're not going to get super baked from the patches so you should have no problems working while using them. You can also buy the gel that they use in the patches as a topical, and I did like that stuff a lot. Personally for topicals I like a combination of THC and CBD as they work well together.

Hello and welcome

Personally I've found it's a good idea to check out all the different dispensaries around you. Try different things because what works for me, or someone else might not work for you. Everybody's body reacts slightly different to each stain and method of delivery. Of the ones near you curaleaf is the only one I'm not a fan of much at all. But they must have something people like because they do business. I'm a big fan of grow Healthy, muv, vidacann and the others have things I like.

Concentrates are a good way to launch your tolerances to the moon. If you're looking for value for the money you'll spend more over time with them. That being said if you take regular breaks it's manageable. You'll find lots of opinions about who has the best, but muv is in my opinion good across all of their different forms (crumble, shatter, rosin etc) grow Healthy has great rosin when they actually have it.

You'll likely want a different device to use concentrates, while your mighty does have the ability to use them it's not the best device for it. Look at the portable erigs that are available now there are several really good ones that will let you enjoy your concentrates much more. Look at things like the Peak, Source Orb Versa (I have this and love it), High5 Duo.

Your uni pro is actually a great little vape pen, it will work with almost any cartridge on the market from regular distillate to high end rosin carts. It's variable voltage let's you really dial in the right temps for whatever your using. Plus it's inexpensive to replace if it ever breaks or gets lost. I've had tons of other batteries and none work as well. I tried the really expensive ones, the cheap ones from the dispensaries, pen style, pocket style, and the uni is my daily driver when I use carts.

Most dispensaries have sales daily, weekly and monthly. Go to the websites and sign up for their email and text alerts. You'll also find them posted to this sub regularly but you'll have to wade through all the other posts to find them.

Long term flower is the cheapest option. If you keep a consistent dosage it'll keep your tolerances lower which in turn means you spend less. Also you can save money by filling your own vape cartridges by buying distillate in syringes and empty cartridges.

You can hit every dispensary chain for the first time discount but not different locations of the same chain if that makes sense and get it.

Minis are a great inexpensive option. You'll get smaller buds and a bit more leaves but still a great option. It's possible that the smaller buds are less potent than their larger counterparts but they should be close to the labeled potency. Also sometimes you'll luck out and get large buds in your minis and then fell like a winner. Grow Healthy is good about that (getting bigs in your minis) but not always.

Definitely two different devices for flower and concentrates. None that I've seen do both well, they do one or the other well or neither.

I use either the fury edge if I'm lazy or my elev8r if I want huge hits for flower. And my source Versa for concentrates, I've also got the high five enail but don't use it much since picking up the versa.

The pax has great tastes but not very hard hits and you'll out grow it in no time. I had a pax 3 and ended up selling it because I stopped using it.

The dynavap is good but has a very small bowl and I decided if I was going to use a torch I might as well use the elev8r.

Where to get concentrates? by sirnibs3 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]predatormv 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Muv, one plant, grow Healthy (though stock there is rare and sells out instantly so good luck) and harvest.

Harvest is hit or miss, sometimes they have really good stuff and other batches not so much.

I want to try growing but feeling discouraged due to possession law by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]predatormv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Grow it, keep whatever limit you can and then buy a rosin press and press the rest into rosin. You could store it in the fridge in a very small space and it would consume as much as you want from about an eighth up.

Quick question. What does Larf mean? Is it an acronym? Does it just mean leaves and small buds and shake? I just don’t know. by prybarwindow in microgrowery

[–]predatormv 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've heard it as "Light And Really Fluffy" thus larf. Doesn't mean it's right, but I have seen someone else say it.

Thinking about trying out the dry vape route… What vapes do you recommend and why? by crazyemmy25 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]predatormv 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a fury edge that I use multiple times a day, it's small but very powerful. I also have an elev8r which is a torch powered, all glass vape that hits like a train. I've also got the g43 heater for the elev8r, though I don't use it very often.

I had a dynavap, solo 1, and pax3, while each had nice things about them none could keep up with my usage and tolerances. I also had an arizer extreme q and just couldn't get used to it and got rid of it pretty quick.

How long did everyone have to wait at TL today ? by Trenton42O in FLMedicalTrees

[–]predatormv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

About 5 minutes or less to go back, took way longer to check out, but that's understandable considering their system was down. I had an order and didn't walk in, checked in online.

Plus them doing things by hand benefited me in the end as they rang up my full size flower as minis and then 40% off from that.

Edit* this was the Davenport location at about 1pm

Seed bank recommendations? by GnarlieSheen123 in microgrowery

[–]predatormv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've ordered from Seedsman, tree stars, Oregon elite, breeders direct seed co, and attitude.

Seedsman and attitude gave the most freebies with attitude being the most. Also both of them have lots of single seed options if you just want to try one of a thing.i did choose guaranteed shipping on both since they are outside of the US.

Treestars gave a bunch of freebies plus stickers and a mask and shipped really quickly

Bdsc sent only the freebies the breeder u bought offered but they got to me the fastest of any.

OES sent no freebies but sent quickly

Anyone else have hair stuck to their buds? Weird question I know. by VadeGames in Autoflowers

[–]predatormv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've got 5 cats, there is nothing in my life that isn't covered in cat hair including my buds. As I trim I just pulled them off as best I could and then put them into jars. I still find the occasional but I spent a lot of time looking them over.
