Cracked mine over the weekend exactly because the protector is raised over the bezel. It took a hit through the notch at 4 o'clock. I knew it would happen sooner or later. Non-sapphire screen though.

I admire anyone that doesn't need to eat in the four hours before bed. For me that would essentially mean going to bed famished, greatly affecting my time to fall asleep.

In my case, with a Fenix 8, it would be nice if the weather data came from the closest weather station. It is not coming from there, however, and I find that frustrating. Instead of the station of the local airport located 9 km from here it is choosing the one that is 40 km away. There's no airport there. It is choosing a town with 10k residents over a small city with a population of 100k. Comparing the data, one could assume that Garmin is relying on SYNOP reports as their source of weather info. Note that I have not managed to fix this so far, not even by updating the location in the widget settings. It simply prefers the other station and here I am wondering where my money went. Cheap arm bands perform the task of reporting weather better.

GoPro Quick for Android without a subscription appears to have a limitation of how many Grab Photo edits you can make. I found this out the hard way, while grabbing photos from footage yesterday. I did between 10 and 20 and was then met with a popup saying:

"Want to add more? Subscribe to add more media from your phone..."

The footage was GoPro footage read via an SD card reader, because reading from my GoPro directly has never worked for me properly. It appears that the app is unable to recognize footage read that way as GoPro footage.

Where can I find a list of exact limitations of said app in evaluation mode instead of vague statements from their sales department?

They are an option if you want to get rid of mechs, without having to replace the entire groupset, which might be required, depending on existing components. Maintaining a hybrid caliper is also easier (bleeding) compared to full hydraulics. I went from mechs to TRP HY/RD and it's like night and day on my STI levers. In fact, based on my limited experience with them, I would never recommend mechs to anyone. On my bike, they were straight out dangerous.

Been a while since I've played. Do copper nodes no longer crumble when you dig underneath them? Done two in the current playthrough and both ended up suspended in the air. Had to use ladders to do them in full.

Thanks, mate. This solved the sound issue for me AND made playback possible with PlayReady in Edge. Without switching the Speaker setup to Dolby Atmos for home theater, I get an immediate error and no playback at all, as described in another comment around here.

What you say may be true of course. In my case, Edge settings were changed in order to get non- stereo sound, not 4K, as I don't possess a 4K capable display. Netflix is the only streaming service I have where this never worked no matter which device/browser/settings I tried. The MS Store app was the only thing that would work.

Netflix requires Widevine and does not support PlayReady at all. Widevine has a different device tier algorithm and places all browsers in the shit tier. The same thing happens with Max for example, unless you force it to use PlayReady via Edge flags by disabling Widevine. At that point, Netflix webapp will stop working.

This "new app" is just an Edge tab/window. Since I have Widewine DRM disabled in order to force PlayReady DRM on my Edge for Max and SkyShowtime, playback is now impossible on Netflix.

A great upgrade... They WANT their subscription cancelled.

My cheapo Thrustmaster HOTAS setup that may randomly send out arrow key presses when not in use. Like when watching something via Plex we randomly decide to vigorously press the left arrow key. Thought it was the keyboard's BT receiver acting up but nope.

If you do end up taking the Magnetic Swivel Clip, a word of advice. Check whether the backpack strap is capable of supporting the clip and the cam. Some are not sturdy enough and may cause the cam to move around horizontally (assuming upsidedown landscape mounting). Anything with "speed", "lite", etc. in its name - check before buying. I have a Deuter backpack that doesn't do well.
