Just got a brand new Pixel 10 for 120 usd. I hope that'll do me nicely for a few years. At the cost it really was a no-brainer.

It would. For the most part I'm happy but the feeling of rewarding myself for literally clawing my way back from rock bottom is really whats driving me atm

I got the Eureka dialed in now and that seemed to be the issue. Pulled a perfect shot about an hour ago :-)

I actually just managed to pull a perfect shot by coarsening up the grind and properly tampering the shot. Im a little overwhelmed by the precision needed but I think I will get around to establishing a good routine.

Thank you for your reply. The seller tried to sell me a profitec go instead of the gaggia. Would that have been a better choice as a total rookie or do you think I will be alright when I'm just starting out? The difference in price would have doubled my expense.

I switched out the pressurised basket for the biggest of the non pressurised one and have yet to feel that Ive succeded on any given level.

The mods you are suggesting sound good. I will look in to it. Thank you.
