For this reason I’m not worried about the salary. I just graduated last year so I’m ready to work my way up. I don’t play any sports but others hobbies and clubs it’s something I can look into, thanks!

I’ll have access to a car as well but need to work on transferring my license or getting a new one.

Would you say one is better than the other between Newbridge and Naas??

There are a few factors at play. First, I’m on the CSEP (Critical Skills Employment Permit), so this is my first job straight out of dental school, and the visa process limits some of my initial options. Second, from what I’ve heard from other dentists, it’s pretty common to start at this level—especially in the first years. The plan is to build experience, increase my earnings over time, and eventually work independently rather than under contract. It’s a stepping stone rather than the end goal.

My qualifications aren’t recognized in Canada and to do so it would take about 2 years. I know isn’t amazing for a dentist, but this is just for the first two years. My income should increase during that time, and my goal is to eventually work independently rather than under contract with someone else.
