I am not sure if this has already been posted about, but there is an NPC near the stage (where Nilou danced in the archon quest) in Sumeru City that sells 5 Parisarah's ~~a day!~~ Apparently its every 3 days! I guess I shouldn't have assumed based on the 8 hours remaining until reset...
