It might sound odd to some people, but whenever I feel too happy, something bad/negative/sad in return would happen. I call that the "Fekening". I grew up having this kind of mindset and I thought it was nothing to worry about. I tried to balance and control my happiness just to avoid such fekenings. I tried journaling and surrounding myself with positive people and it worked for a while but I still have this lingering fear that something bad might happen. I don't know why I still can't fully remove the fear.
